The Eurodyssey is a mobility programme between Eurodyssey Regions, allowing young people living on those regions to have the opportunity to carry out internship in another region. Requirements

To take part in the Eurodyssey programme, you must be between 18 and 30 years old. The degree and the level of languages needed vary between the vacancies announced in the official platform. The most essential requirement to have into account is that you have to be a resident in one of the Eurodyssey Regions, because if you are not a resident you can not take part! These include the following:

  • Belgium: Brussels and Wallonia;
  • Croatia: Istria, Šibenik-Knin and Varaždin;
  • France: Burgundy-Franche-Comté and Corsica;
  • Italy: Sardinia, Trentino-Alto Adige and Valle d’Aosta;
  • Romania: Hunedoara and Timiş;
  • Spain: Catalonia, Valencia and Murcia;
  • Bosnia and Herzegovina: Republic of Serbia;
  • Cyprus: Union of Cyprus Municipalities;
  • Georgia: Adjara;
  • Portugal: Azores and Madeira;
  • Serbia: Vojvodina;
  • Switzerland: Jura and Ticino.

  

Duration

Eurodyssey’s international internships last between 3 and 7 months and its duration is stated in each call for participants, so you should always pay attention to this information.

  

Destinations

The internships can only take place in one of the regions of the programme. The list of countries is the same as the one above under “Requirements”.

  

Support

Trainees are entitled to various types of support, among which are the following: a language course that should start when you reach the destination of the internship, an health insurance and, in some cases, the region organises accommodation, while in others this is the trainees’ responsibility. Depending on the internship, it is possible to receive a grant or a salary to cover all costs resulting from the period abroad, but it is advisable that the interns take money for the first month.

It is essential to note that sometimes there are no internships with open vacancies, but it is still possible to create an account, as new offers arise constantly.
